1. Overview
PrintQ: Thermal Printer Pro ("the App") is developed and operated by SwiftLogic. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you install and use the App through Shopify.
2. Data We Collect
When you install and use the App, we collect the following data from your Shopify store:
Order data – order numbers, line items, quantities, SKUs, variant titles, and product images, used solely to generate packing slips.
Shipping addresses – customer name and shipping address from orders, printed on packing slips.
Shop information – store name, email, and billing address, used in the footer of packing slips.
App settings – your preferences such as logo, footer visibility, and packing slip options, stored to personalise your packing slips.
Session data – Shopify OAuth session tokens, stored securely to authenticate requests.
3. How We Use Your Data
To generate and display packing slips for your orders.
To save your App settings and preferences.
To track usage against your plan limits.
To respond to support enquiries.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase with SSL encryption in transit. App settings and session tokens are retained for as long as your store has the App installed.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
When you uninstall the App, your shop session data is removed automatically via Shopify'sshop/redact webhook. You may also contact us at the email below to request deletion of any stored data.
We comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks:
Customer data request – we will provide any stored customer data upon request.
Customer data erasure – we will delete stored customer data upon request.
Shop data erasure – all shop data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
Shopify – merchant authentication and order data via Shopify API.
Supabase – secure database hosting.
Railway – application hosting infrastructure.
7. Cookies
The App runs embedded inside Shopify Admin and uses Shopify's session mechanism. We do not set independent tracking cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
